Ordering and payment
You can order your cake toppers directly from the shop by clicking on the add to cart button. You will be redirected to the secure PayPal website. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service. All of your personal and payment details are processed by PayPal. For orders with extras or custom designs contact me through the enquiry form and I can arrange a custom Paypal invoice for you. Once payment has cleared, I will email you a questionnaire with the information I will need to complete your order. You can return this with any photos or sketches to the email address provided.

All cake toppers are handmade to order and are dispatched within 2 weeks of ordering. For urgent orders contact me and I will try to fit you in.
Your cake topper will be wrapped in bubble wrap before being securely packed in a cardboard box filled with packing peanuts.
To cancel Your Mini topper or animal topper order please contact me and a refund will be given
If you are not happy with your Mini topper I will accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued to your account via PayPal. Refunds will not be issued for the cost of postage unless the topper has arrived damaged.
